Goldsmiths, University of London Mentoring Scheme
Level 3 students studying the UAL Applied General Diploma qualification in Art & Design at CTK Emmanuel took part in a workshop as part of the Goldsmiths, University of London mentoring scheme
Christ the King Sixth Forms in partnership with Goldsmiths, University of London have collaborated to organise a mentoring scheme for both lower and upper sixth form students studying the UAL Applied General Diploma qualification in Art & Design at CTK Emmanuel, now in its third year.
Goldsmiths BA(hons) Fine Art students have previously visited and have met with CTK
UAL Applied General Diploma in Art & Design students as part of a mentoring project, first piloted in 2021-2022 academic year. This event includes CTK students assigned university mentors from Goldsmiths, University of London at their New Cross campus to discuss ways of working at degree level. Students started by meeting their mentors and touring the university facilities culminating in a visit to the CCA gallery, Goldsmiths Centre for Contemporary Art. They look forward to returning to Goldsmiths to visit their mentors during the degree shows in June this year.
