Esther says …
“I joined CTK Emmanuel in 2020 as a NQT of Health and Social Care. I am currently studying for a MA in Educational leadership and management at UCL. I am pleased that CTK has supported me with staff bursary in order to assist with my studies. The professional development in addition to “our professional network meetings” has enhanced my pedagogical skills.
Working in CTK has been enjoyable, this has given me the opportunity to develop and flourish as a professional. I love working in the CTK community, everyone is friendly and supportive. I have always shown interest in pastoral care and through the mentorship of Senior leaders and experienced colleagues I have secured a promotion as Head of Hall.”
